Skills Route provides free and paid online/offline courses and workshops in areas like design, technology, management, psychology, history, art, and other creative disciplines. Our goal is to help individuals start their careers or build startups through skill-based learning.
2. Registration
- To access our courses, users may be required to register with valid personal details such as name, email, and phone number.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
3. Payments
- Payments for paid courses are processed securely through Razorpay.
- We do not store any payment card details.
- Course fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases of double payment or cancellation by Skills Route.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
4. Course Access and Certification
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to course materials as per the course schedule.
- Certificates (digital or printed) will be issued after successful completion of the course and fulfillment of assessment criteria, if applicable.
- Access to paid content is strictly for personal use and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, designs, and content available on Skills Route are the property of Team IDT Muzaffarpur. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Skills Route is not responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, or loss of data beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform or content.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of Skills Route is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or course cancellation from our end.
- To request a refund (if eligible), please contact info@idtmuzaffarpur.in within 7 days of payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
