Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Thank you for choosing Skills Route, an initiative of Team IDT Muzaffarpur. We value every learner who joins our platform and aim to deliver the best learning experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be accepted.

1. Course Enrollment

Once a user enrolls in a paid course (online or offline), the enrollment is considered final. Access to the course materials, classes, or related content will be provided after successful payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount.
  • Course Cancellation by Skills Route: If a course is canceled or postponed indefinitely by Skills Route, a full refund will be initiated to the learner.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Learners may cancel their enrollment before the course starts, but fees will not be refunded.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., course rescheduling by Skills Route), alternate options such as credit for future courses may be provided.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Skills Route does not store any card or payment information. Any transaction charges or convenience fees collected by Razorpay are non-refundable.
