Skills Route primarily provides digital services such as online and offline courses, e-learning content, study materials, and digital certificates. In some cases, printed materials or certificates may be delivered physically.

2. Digital Course Access

  • Once the payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, access to the course will be activated within 24–48 hours.
  • Login or access credentials will be shared via the registered email or WhatsApp number.
  • Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

3. Physical Deliveries (if applicable)

If any physical materials, certificates, or merchandise are provided:

  • Delivery will be made through recognized courier services within 7–10 business days of course completion or dispatch notification.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the learner’s location and courier service availability.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment or purchase.

4. Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Courier delays or postal issues
  • Incorrect address details provided by the user
  • Natural calamities or public holidays

In such cases, we will notify users promptly via email or phone.

5. Non-Delivery or Damage

If you do not receive your physical product within the specified period, or if it is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
